We have 9 studio flats from 2400 to 2700 PLN per month. These are self-contained homes: a private bathroom, a kitchenette and your own front door — no flatmates and no shared kitchen.
A studio costs more than a room in a shared flat, but it gives you what a room cannot: full privacy. We manage every unit directly, with no agency fee.
